I have been a dedicated entrepreneur and consultant of the event industry for the past 10 years and I have acquired significant experience and knowledge in event planning & design, hôtellerie, hospitality, branding and business management through my own ventures and working for others, here in the UK and in the country I know best, Italy.

Throughout my career I organised plenty of private events in beautiful villas and quite a few of these had not initially been thought of as venues but that, as a result of our event, started to be used as ones.
Many high-end holiday villas have the potential to be turned into full-time or occasional venues and increase the profit margin of the owner, it’s just often the owners are not aware of it yet.

- 2 one hour calls/meeting to get things going
- 1 full day inspection at the villa with or without the owners
- A thorough report with practical advice on how to use the space, what to do where, the number of people per event, plan A and plan B, style and design tips, a road map of how to get there, a draft of costing, the definition of the type of event you could aspire at hosting in the villa (wedding, private functions etc)
- A video presentation with a more inputs
- 2 one hour calls while you set things up, to make sure you are fully on top of things and on track
UP YOUR GAME!
I WILL CREATE A STRATEGY AIMED AT UPPING YOUR GAME, BETTER YOUR IMAGE AND ATTRACT MORE HIGH PROFILE CLIENTS.

- A report with a detailed roadmap leading to upping your game: it may be the organisation of a photoshoot to create better promotional photos and videos, the design of a new logo and brand identity, the design of a new website and targeted content, the rearrangement of the social media channels to reflect the brand new venue
- Project management throughout whichever way you want to pursue
- A monthly call for 1 year until the strategy is complete
From restaurant to wedding venue
YOU HAVE THE LOCATION, THE WISH AND THE DEMAND TO HOST WEDDINGS BUT FEEL INSECURE ABOUT LAUNCHING YOUR SPACE AS A VENUE.
I WILL PROVIDE ALL THE RESOURCES AND SKILLS YOU NEED SO THAT YOUR RESTAURANT CAN START HOSTING EVENTS.
Certain restaurants are just dying to become venues and host events, first and foremost weddings. But of course events, weddings in particular, play by their own rules and this specific industry needs to be known thoroughly before being approached. There is no improvising when it comes to such events and winging it is not an option as there is just too much at stake. On the other hand, private events and weddings are a great opportunity to increase the cashflow. Give it go then, but with knowledge!
